This explains what D & C Principle Consulting, LLC collects through this website and the free Freight Audit Sheet, and what we do with it.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the message you type is sent through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, to a D & C Principle email inbox. We use it to reply to you.
Freight Audit Sheet signup
When you ask for a license we keep your name, work email, company and role, the time you accepted the terms, and whether you opted in to updates and when. We use this to issue and manage your license and to follow up about it. If you opt in, we may email you occasional updates about new tools.

What the Sheet sends us
Each run sends your invoice, tender and contract rows to our service, which checks them and returns the results. We process these rows in memory for that one request and they are never stored.

From each run we keep only totals: the kind of run, how many lines, the dollars billed, expected and over contract, a count per status and how long it took. We never keep lanes, carriers, invoice numbers or per-line amounts.
How long we keep it
Run totals (usage) are kept for 2 years. Signup and license details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
We send license emails through Azure Communication Services. Open and click tracking is off.
No sale of data
We do not sell your data.
