Freight Audit Sheet terms

The free license

We give you a free license to use the Freight Audit Sheet for 60 days. The 60 days start at your first run on anything other than the built-in sample data. Runs on the built-in sample data do not start the clock.

We give one license per company domain. If a colleague at your company already has it, we will tell you by email.

We may extend the license, and we may revoke it at any time, for example if we see misuse or abuse of the service.

Who may use it

Anyone with a corporate email address may use the Sheet, including third-party logistics providers, brokers and freight auditors. You may use it on freight you do not own, as long as you have the right to use that data.

Your data

You are responsible for the data you paste into the Sheet and for having the right to use it. Our privacy policy explains what we process and keep.

Results are information only

The Sheet compares your invoices to the rates you enter and flags differences. Its results are informational. They are not legal, financial or accounting advice, and they may contain errors. Check them before you dispute a charge or pay an invoice.

No warranty and limited liability

The Sheet and the service behind it are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them. [Attorney to draft the limitation of liability.]

Governing law
